Do you need to return your order?

Your satisfaction is our priority, so if for some reason our product does not meet your expectations or simply no longer needs it and has not used it, we offer you a simple return process. Here you will find all the information you need to do it without complications.

Period of return

Once you have received your order at the preferred delivery address, you will have 14 days to return it. This period will begin to count from the moment you receive the package. It doesn’t matter if it’s a partial or total return.

Customized products

Attention to handmade products. It is important to know that some of our products are made according to your specific indications. This means that we do not apply the right of withdrawal in these cases, as they are manufactured in a special way for you. This information will always be detailed in the description of the products that are manufactured for you.

When can you return an order?

In principle, you can return an item if the following conditions are met:

  • The article has not been used, nor does it show signs of use. This includes marks or damage indicating that it has been installed.
  • The item has been observed/tested in the same way as it would in a physical store. We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience.

Return procedure

When you decide to return a product, you simply request it by filling in the: Resition form below. It is extremely simple to use and will help you provide us with all the necessary information. The product will be returned to an address provided by us. If the product is damaged, not as described, wrong quantity or wrong product were delivered, please report this to us below within 48 hours from delivery date.
